Welcome to extended day! We have 2 programs to offer here at Calvert Catholic Elementary. The first is our preschool program and the second is our school-age program.
The preschool program is open from 6:30AM-5:30PM. The School-Age program is open from 6:30-8:00AM and 2:55-5:30PM. A latchkey program is in place from 6:30-8AM and 2:55-5:30PM. The children may be in mixed age groups during these times.
You must register to use the services of extended day. We are open from 6:30AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday. We are closed/delayed if the school is closed/delayed. (We will open 15 min. prior to school opening on delay days.) The cost is $2.75/hour and you will be billed weekly.
Children who are in preschool may attend any time opposite the time that they are not in their preschool class as long as they are registered.
Children who attend the ext. day program must be signed out by their authorized adult. (Children will be released to only authorized persons.)
We may ask for picture ID until we become familiar with everyone.
We ask that parents please fill out a form weekly (for your child's attendance in ext. day), so that we may plan staffing accordingly.
We bill in 15 min. increments, so we will round to the closest time of sign-in and sign-out.
